Jarvis Investment Management Ltd (Jarvis) was an execution-only stockbroking and custody firm that provided services to both direct retail investors and corporate introducers (Model B clients).
Jarvis was placed into Special Administration by the High Court following an application by its directors on 14 October 2026. Philip Hemming and Adam Stephens of S&W Partners LLP have been appointed as Joint Special Administrators (JSAs) of Jarvis.

The JSAs will assess the client money and custody assets held by Jarvis and consider the options for returning them or transferring them to a new broker.
FSCS is working closely with the JSAs and FCA to understand the position. Our immediate priority is to establish whether we can meet any costs associated with returning or transferring client money and custody assets for eligible claimants.
This work is ongoing, and no decision has yet been made about FSCS protection or how money and assets will be returned. The JSAs will contact affected customers directly if they need any information or action from them.
FSCS is not currently open to customer claims against Jarvis. We are investigating whether there are claims that may be eligible for FSCS compensation. This includes considering the position of customers affected by Jarvis’s existing redress programmes.
Customers do not need to contact FSCS or submit a claim at this stage. We will publish further information when our investigations have progressed and we are able to confirm the position.
