You might be eligible for compensation
Ivy Marketing Services Ltd (Ivy) has been authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) since 2018.
We understand that Ivy was involved in promoting and/or introducing customers to investments in Vaquita Capital. Vaquita Capital was not authorised by the FCA and was the subject of an FCA consumer warning in April 2023.
FSCS has contacted Ivy and considers the firm is likely unable to meet claims against it.

FSCS is now open to customer claims against Ivy. If you were introduced to Vaquita Capital through Ivy, and you believe you have a claim against Ivy, you can apply using our online claim service. Click the “Check if you can claim” button at the top of this page to get started.
Please note that we cannot consider claims against Vaquita Capital directly, as it is an unauthorised firm and therefore not protected under our rules.
Although we are accepting claims against Ivy, they will not be immediately passed to our claims processing teams for assessment. We are currently investigating the firm to determine whether claims meet the qualifying conditions for compensation, and this may take some time. We have been working closely with the FCA.
If you have already submitted a complaint to your bank and received compensation in full for your investment losses, you should not make a claim with FSCS.
